How Our Network Works

Who Will I Talk To?

When you reach out, your request goes to an independent local provider. That provider's own staff talks with you about the tree. Clinicsoftware Tree Service does not cut, haul, or grind, and it does not send anyone to your door.

Think of this site as the doorway. The provider is the one who walks through your yard.

What Happens After I Reach Out?

Not sure what to expect? Here is the usual flow.

  • You answer a few questions about the tree and where it is.
  • Your request is routed to a provider that serves your area.
  • The provider may ask for photos or schedule a visit.
  • You get a written quote and decide what to do next.

Sometimes a provider is booked up or the job is outside its range. If that happens, ask to be pointed to another provider, or send a new request.

What Should I Ask a Provider?

Good questions make for good jobs. Try these:

  • Are you insured, and can I see proof?
  • Does my area require a license or permit for this work?
  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it cover?
  • Does the price include cleanup and hauling?
  • Is stump grinding included, or priced separately?
  • How will you protect my roof, fence, and lawn?
  • When is the earliest you could come out?

If a tree is down after a storm, add one more: can you help document the damage for an insurance claim? Providers can often help with that, but your insurer decides coverage.

Am I in Control?

Yes, completely. You can ask questions, say no, and compare more than one quote. Nothing about requesting an estimate locks you in. Providers set their own prices and terms, so read the quote before you agree.

Pressure is a red flag. A steady provider explains the plan and lets you think.
